A few days ago, a mom and her two children stepped off a plane and were admitted to the U.S. as permanent residents.

Their journey started years ago—when I first helped their husband and father get an H-2B visa through a U.S. employer willing to invest in its workers and to do things the right way--legally.

But we didn’t stop there.

Together, we worked through a full employment-based green card process:

Ā āœ… PERM

Ā āœ… I-140

Ā āœ… Adjustment of Status (EB-3 Other Workers)

While that was happening, I helped this family pursue follow-to-join consular processing so that the wife and kids could reunite with him as permanent residents too.

And now?

They are all in the U.S.

They are together again as a family.

And—this part gets me every time—they are all working for the same amazing employer who started this journey by believing in one man’s potential.

Ā šŸ’¼ A win for the employer.

Ā ā¤ļø A win for the family.

Ā šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø A win for the U.S. workforce.

This is why I do what I do.
