September brings the usual excitement of back-to-school routines, crisp fall weather, and yes, pumpkin spice everything. But in the world of immigration law, September also means one thing: waiting for the October Visa Bulletin.

As many of you know, October marks the start of the U.S. government’s new fiscal year, and with it, USCIS resets the number of visas available for the year. This is a critical time for anyone waiting to file an adjustment of status, as the October Visa Bulletin will determine which categories will be eligible to file.

At Denizen Immigration, we are closely monitoring the upcoming bulletin, eagerly awaiting the new filing dates for employment-based categories. While we make our best efforts to predict which applications will be able to file, we really don't know for sure until that October visa bulletin is release. And when it is, we are ready to hit the ground running for our clients.

If you have any questions about your visa category or how the upcoming bulletin may impact you, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help you navigate this complex and ever-changing process.
